Lesley Ann Brandt and Maria Bartiromo
Lesley Ann Brandt, born December 2, 1981, is a model and actor that has been a part of a number of TV series as well as movies. Brandt was the first actress to make her American debut on Spartacus: Blood and Sand, a historical drama. She began her acting career as a New Zealander in the show Diplomatic Immunity. Over the past decade, the actress has been featured in a ton of television shows, including those that of Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies as well as The Librarians. Since 2016 Brandt has played the character as Mazikeen in the urban fantasy series Lucifer with Tom Ellis Lauren German and Kevin Alejandro. Brandt has a family at Cape Town South Africa. When she reached her late teens, she moved from Cape Town to Auckland New Zealand along with her mother and siblings. Brandt started her modelling career with ads and commercials. Before her rise to recognition as a model, she worked in the field of retail sales as well as working as an expert in recruitment for information technology. In 2009 she was offered her first part as Leilani in the New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. in 2021, her debut role in the spotlight was in the role of Naevia the slave in the Starz series Spartacus Blood and Sand. Her character, Naevia, was reprised on the Spartacus sequel, Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker starred alongside her in three TV shows: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, she was cast as a bounty-hunting demon named Mazikeen in the Netflix popular show Lucifer. Her role in Lucifer is her most famous role that she has played to date. On the show she co-stars with Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro as well as D. B. Woodside.
